Our workshops at the Hummus Academy are an invitation to slow down, gather, and reconnect - through food, stories, and shared experience.
Each session offers a space to learn with your hands, guided by traditions that have been carried across generations. Rooted in ethical food practices, our workshops explore not only how things are made, but where they come from, who they belong to, and why that matters.
We work with ingredients that are thoughtfully and ethically sourced, honoring both the land and the people behind them. Along the way, you’ll gain practical knowledge, stories that travel through time, and a deeper awareness of food as culture, memory, and resistance.
Every workshop ends the same way: gathered around a table. Sharing what we’ve made, breaking bread, and taking a moment to simply be together.
You leave not just with new skills, but with something quieter and longer-lasting: a sense of connection, and a renewed way of seeing food and each other.
